Every paid service starts the same way — get in touch through the Contact page with which service you're after and a little about your trip, and we'll follow up with next steps and payment details. Registered members get 10% off automatically and don't need to ask.

Common questions
Do I have to have an account to book a service?
No — anyone can book any service through the Contact page. Registered members get 10% off and their first Route Season-Check free, so it's worth creating a free account first if you're planning to use more than one service.
How quickly do you respond?
Most enquiries get a reply within a couple of business days. Time-sensitive requests, like a booking with a closing deadline, are worth flagging as urgent in your message.
Can I combine services?
Yes — a common combination is a Custom Lap Itinerary followed by a Planning Call to talk through it once you've had a chance to read it over.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation and refund terms are confirmed individually before payment for each booking, since they vary by service — ask when you enquire if this matters to your decision.
