Route corrections, a question a page didn't answer, or just want to say a free camp was better than we described it — here's how to reach us.
Before you write
Whatever the reason you're reaching out, a couple of quick details up front — which page you were on, roughly where you are in your planning or your trip, and what you'd actually like to happen next — save a round of back-and-forth and get you a genuinely useful answer sooner. A few more specific pointers that usually get you a faster, more useful reply:
- Route corrections land quickest with the route name, the specific detail that's changed (a closed road, a wrong distance, an outdated fact), and roughly when you noticed it.
- Paid service enquiries — a Custom Lap Itinerary, a Route Season-Check, or anything else on the Services & Pricing page — go faster if you name the service and give a rough sense of your route and dates up front.
- General questions about anything a page didn't answer are always welcome — if enough people ask the same thing, it usually means we should be writing about it more clearly.

What happens after you submit
Your message goes straight into our inbox, and you'll get a personal reply from someone who actually read it — not an automated ticket number, and not a generic acknowledgement that never gets followed up. If your message is a route correction, we check it against the relevant page and update it if it's accurate; if it's a service enquiry, we'll reply with next steps and, where relevant, a quote and estimated timeline. If it's a general question we can't answer well from an email, we'll say so rather than guessing.
If you'd rather not use the form
Every address above works as a normal inbox — feel free to email directly if that's easier than filling in a web form, particularly if you're attaching a photo of a road sign, a receipt, or anything else that's easier to send as a file.
Who's actually reading this
Dapplemoor is a small operation, not a large support team — that's deliberate. It means route corrections come from people who genuinely know the routes, service enquiries get a considered reply rather than a template, and there's no queue of tickets sitting unread. It also means replies sometimes take a couple of business days rather than a couple of hours, particularly if the person you'd hear back from is themselves somewhere on the Nullarbor with patchy signal.
